What Sets Us Apart
Cold pressed, organic, made without pesticides. We let our olives and their natural genetics do the work, with no modifications or toxins.
The carefully chosen varieties, olives are picked green, full of Polyfenol, processed into oil within 4 hours of picking! This makes for the best possible and nutricious oil blend, that never got the chance to oxidise. It is bottled into dark glass and stored in cold room temperatures. We only sell fresh! This means, you will only get oil that is not older than 1 year, with all of it’s nutritional values still intacked.
Microlocation Pogače, Island Rab
Areal photograph of “Pogače”, during it’s 2026 preparation, right after deforesting.
The opportunity arrived, and we took it! Located right next to a natural spring and connected via 2000 year old roman path, the small plot of land has been cultivated for wines for centuries. It’s hillside sloped characteristics made it too charming to decline. Named Pogače, it had a size of 9000m2, but has since been cut to pieces by the ancestors. Not in use since early 1990’s, it was overgrown and barely reachable. This made for a lot of work to prepare it for Olive trees, but it is suposed to be a “virgin” land, where the wilderness took over for the past decades. Since during that time, it wasn’t used, the soil recovered and made for a perfect fit for our plantation.
